After putting this site live the other day, it seems Word-press decided it needed an update which wiped the changes I had made to the website theme.Yay!
This wasn’t too hard to fix, seeing as I hadn’t made many changes yet, but did mean that if you visited here earlier today, you would see the default theme… hopefully it’s looking a little smarter again now. These things happen, I suppose – serves me right for forgetting to update in good time.
We’ve also been noticing a few problems with our hosting. My lovely husband and web monkey, Jon, is looking into these at the moment, so you may have to bear with us a little bit… new systems and all that! Sorry! I did warn you that I’d be learning as I went along…
On a lighter note, I am getting very excited about two things that are coming up very quickly, which I thought would be nice to share. The first is TwoThousandTrees Festival, which I will be going to for the purposes of listening to awesome bands (the line-up looks AMAZING this year, as usual). If you’ve never been, get in line for tickets next year – you should definitely go.
Check out the official vid from 2010… keep your eyes peeled for me playing guitar in the campsite around 2 minutes in (dressed as a leopard, naturally).
Hubby and I will be leaving the joyful madness that is 2000Trees fairly early Sunday morning so that we can get over to Bradford-on-Avon for the second exciting thing: Woolley Festival, where I shall be playing a probably-still-quite-muddy set. Although I’ll only be about for the Sunday, the Woolley line-up sounds pretty fab, so I’d encourage you all to check it out!
That’s it for now, so bring on the festivals – embrace the mud!
